Encouraging feedback

Middleton Dental Care welcomes any comments, suggestions or complaints you may have. Please raise these initially with a member of staff or complete one of our practice questionnaires available at reception. 

Written complaints will be acknowledged normally within three working days. We will seek to investigate the complaint within ten working days of receipt. A copy of our full complaints procedure is available on request. If you would like to speak to a member of the team about your enquiry, please get in touch with us. You can also visit us in Stoke on Trent. We also serve customers from Newcastle & Staffordshire.

If patients are not satisfied with the result of our procedure then a complaint may be referred to

  • The General Dental Council, 37 Wimpole Street, London. W1M 8DQ , the dentists' regulatory body for complaints about professional misconduct. 
  •  Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman, Millbank Tower, Millbank, London SW1P 4QP (Telephone 03450 154 0330) for complaints about NHS treatment
