Top tips for your child's teeth

Little mouths need less toothpaste, under 3 years old should only use a smear of toothpaste and 3-6 years old should use a pea size amount of toothpaste to ensure sufficient hygiene. Remember to spit out the toothpaste once you have finished brushing and to not rinse the mouth as rinsing will wash away the protective layer of fluoride on the teeth. Need more advice?
